Chopped Grilled Cheese with Mac Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
Ground beef
Diced red and green bell peppers
1 stick of butter
Dried parsely
Sliced bread
American cheese slices
Directions:
*Cook ground beef on medium low heat and add diced peppers.
*Season with paprika, garlic and onion powder, black pepper and all purpose seasoning. Drain fat and set aside.
Next you want to melt a stick of butter in a small container, add dried parsely and mix well.
Add melted butter to a pan on low heat while you assemble your sandwich.
Add a slice of cheese first, top with the ground beef and cook until both sides are golden brown

I added Thousand Island dressing for the generic mac sauce
