1 cup tomato purée
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp sugar
For the Garlic Sauce:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic paste
Salt to taste
For the Crispy Fries:
4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
2 tbsp cornstarch
Oil for frying
Salt & paprika for seasoning
