    • Heat cream until just simmering. Pour over chocolate chips. Let sit 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
    • Pour over crust and chill until set (about 30 minutes).
  3. Creamy Filling
    • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
    • Fold in whipped topping gently.
    • Spread over chocolate layer and chill for 1 hour.
  4. Caramel Topping
    • Drizzle caramel sauce over the creamy layer.
    • Sprinkle with chopped chocolate and candies.
  5. Chill & Serve
