- 10 yellow potatoes, quartered

- Layer the green beans in your slow cooker and pour in the chicken broth. Add water if needed to ensure beans are mostly submerged.
- Add diced onion and cubed ham over the beans.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
- Add the quartered potatoes and seasonings. Continue cooking on high for another hour or until potatoes are fork-tender.
