- 4 thick-cut pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
🔥 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange pork chops in a large oiled baking pan in a single layer.
- Top each chop with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Drizzle soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce evenly over the chops.
- Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake uncovered for another 20 minutes until golden brown and caramelized.
- Check doneness: Pork should reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Serve hot, spooning the glaze over the chops. Garnish with parsley if desired.
