Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together warm milk, condensed milk, softened butter, egg, and warm water.
Make the dough: Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients. Mix until a sticky dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
First rise: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Shape and second rise: Punch down the dough, shape into a loaf, and place in a greased loaf pan. Let rise again for 30 minutes.
Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush the top with egg wash and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
Cool and enjoy: Let the bread cool before slicing. Serve plain, toasted, or with butter and jam.
