Instructions
Marinate the Beef
Toss beef with cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Let sit for 30 minutes.
Sear the Meat
Heat olive oil and ghee in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef and sear until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Sauté Aromatics
In the same pan, add onions and garlic. Cook until soft and golden.
Combine & Simmer
Return beef to the pan. Stir to coat with aromatics.
Simmer for 5–10 minutes until flavors meld and beef is tender.
Serve
Garnish with parsley. Serve with rice, couscous, or flatbread.
