Garlic Butter Beef & Rotini Pasta

Garlic Butter Beef & Rotini Pasta
Ingredients:
For the Beef:
– 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
– Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
For the Pasta:
– 8 oz rotini pasta
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 tablespoon olive oil

1. Begin by cooking the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside for later use.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Once the butter is melted and the oil is hot, add the thinly sliced beef strips to the skillet.
3. Cook the beef for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is browned and cooked through. Once cooked, remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
4. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Allow it to melt, then add the minced garlic. Sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until it becomes fragrant.
5. Next, pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Allow the sauce to thicken for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
6. Once the sauce has thickened, add the cooked rotini pasta to the skillet. Toss the pasta in the garlic Parmesan sauce until it is evenly coated.
7. Return the cooked beef to the skillet and mix everything together until well combined.
8. Serve the dish hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley and an extra sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy your delicious Garlic Butter Beef & Rotini Pasta!
