1. 1 pound ground beef
2. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3. 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
4. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
5. 2 cloves garlic, minced
6. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
7. Salt and pepper to taste
8. 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat Oven:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Prepare the Filling:
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Assemble the Bombs:
3. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
4. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle.
5. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal and form a ball.
6. Place the filled dough balls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

7. Brush the melted butter over the tops of the dough balls.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
