Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, instant yeast, and salt.
Add warm water and stir with a wooden spoon until a sticky dough forms.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a damp towel and let the dough rest at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours, or until doubled in size.
Once risen, lightly flour a surface and shape the dough into a round loaf. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Line the bottom of your Crockpot with parchment paper. Place the dough inside.
Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle generously with sesame seeds.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 to 2.5 hours, or until the top is firm and the internal temperature reaches at least 190°F (88°C).
For a golden crust, transfer the cooked bread to a baking sheet and broil in the oven for 3–5 minutes until beautifully browned.
Let the bread cool before slicing. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
