Ingredients
- 500g fresh squid (cleaned and scored)
- 2 tbsp mustard oil (for that authentic Bengali aroma)
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder (or use fresh green chilies for extra heat)
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
🔥 Instructions
- Marinate squid with garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, salt, lemon juice, and mustard oil. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Grill on high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly charred and tender.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with lemon wedges.
