🍳 Preparation Steps
1. Marinate & Grill the Lamb
Rub lamb chops with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until browned.
Add stock and balsamic vinegar to the pan, simmer for 5 minutes to create a glaze.
2. Make Mashed Potatoes
Boil potatoes until soft (about 15–20 minutes).
Drain and mash with butter, milk, and salt until creamy.
3. Cook Asparagus
Toss asparagus in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast in oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10–12 minutes or grill until tender.
4. Plate & Serve
Arrange mashed potatoes in the center, place asparagus alongside, and stack lamb chops on top.
Drizzle with pan sauce and garnish with fresh herbs.
