Irresistible Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter in 30 Minutes

  • 4 lobster tails (6–8 oz each), thawed if frozen
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

🔥 Instructions

  1. Prep the Lobster Tails Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of each shell to expose the meat. Gently lift the meat over the shell for a beautiful presentation.
  2. Make Garlic Butter Melt butter in a saucepan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush & Bake Place lobster tails on a baking sheet. Brush generously with garlic butter. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until meat is opaque and slightly firm.
  4. Garnish & Serve Spoon extra garlic butter over the tails, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.
