Irresistible Lotus Biscoff Layer Cake

Ingredients:
lotus biscoff cookies
butter
cream cheese
heavy cream
brown sugar
vanilla extract
caramel sauce
chocolate ganache
whipped cream
Instructions:
1. crush lotus biscoff cookies and mix with melted butter to form a crust
2. press crust into a square pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes
3. beat cream cheese, heavy cream, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth
4. spread half the cream mixture over the crust
5. drizzle caramel sauce and add a layer of crushed cookies
6. add remaining cream mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours
7. pour chocolate ganache over the top and let it drip down the sides
8. decorate with whipped cream and whole lotus cookies
9. slice and serve
