Jalapeno Corn Nuggets

- Mix Dry Ingredients In a medium bowl, combine flour, cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and sugar.
- Mix Wet Ingredients In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, milk, and melted butter.
- Combine Pour the wet mixture into the dry and stir until just combined. Gently fold in corn and jalapeños.
- Heat Oil In a heavy pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the Nuggets Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil in batches. Fry for 2–3 minutes per batch until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Serve Garnish with parsley and serve immediately with ranch, honey mustard, or queso dip.
