🔥 Cooking Method:
Prep the Chicken:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Pat the chicken breasts dry using paper towels. Slice them halfway through if needed for even cooking.
Season:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.
Bake:
Place the chicken in a baking dish or tray.
Bake in the oven for 18–22 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
Make Herb Butter Sauce:
While chicken is baking, melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Add lemon juice (optional) and stir. Remove from heat.
Slice & Garnish:
Once the chicken is done, let it rest for 5 minutes.
Slice it and drizzle with the garlic butter sauce.
Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
