Make the Crust

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.

Press into a 9-inch deep dish pie pan.

Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.

Prepare the Filling

Whisk lemon juice and condensed milk in a bowl.

In another bowl, beat egg yolks and lemon zest until pale and fluffy (5–7 minutes).

Combine both mixtures and pour into crust.

Bake & Chill

Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.

Cool for 1 hour, then refrigerate 5–6 hours until firm.

Whip the Cream

Beat cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

Pipe or spread over chilled pie. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
