- Beat mascarpone, cream cheese, pudding mix, milk, and lemon extract until smooth (2–3 minutes).
- Mix lemon juice and sugar in a shallow bowl until sugar dissolves.
- Dip ladyfingers quickly into lemon juice mixture and layer in an 8-inch square dish.
- Spread ⅓ of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat layers twice.
- Sprinkle with lemon zest and refrigerate, covered, for at least 2 hours before serving.
