Lobster Tails with Garlic Lemon Butter
🔥 Instructions
- Prep the Lobster Tails
- Use kitchen scissors to cut through the top shell lengthwise.
- Crack the ribs underneath to help open the shell.
- Carefully lift the meat out, keeping it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell.
- Make the Marinade
- In a bowl, mix parsley, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Arrange & Broil
- Place lobster tails in a roasting pan.
- Spoon marinade over each tail and dot with half the butter (cut into small pieces).
- Broil on high for 10–11 minutes, until the meat is opaque and reaches 145°F.
- Make the Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce
- Drain pan drippings into a saucepan.
- Add remaining butter and simmer until melted.
- Pour over lobster or serve as a dipping sauce.
