Lobster Tails with Garlic Lemon Butter

🔥 Instructions

  1. Prep the Lobster Tails
    • Use kitchen scissors to cut through the top shell lengthwise.
    • Crack the ribs underneath to help open the shell.
    • Carefully lift the meat out, keeping it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell.
  2. Make the Marinade
    • In a bowl, mix parsley, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  3. Arrange & Broil
    • Place lobster tails in a roasting pan.
    • Spoon marinade over each tail and dot with half the butter (cut into small pieces).
    • Broil on high for 10–11 minutes, until the meat is opaque and reaches 145°F.
  4. Make the Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce
    • Drain pan drippings into a saucepan.
    • Add remaining butter and simmer until melted.
    • Pour over lobster or serve as a dipping sauce.
