Instructions
Make the Crust

Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter.

Press tightly into a 9-inch springform pan. Freeze for 10–20 minutes.

Whip the Cream

Beat cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

Make the Filling

Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.

Add confectioners’ sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla. Beat until creamy.

Fold in whipped cream gently to keep it airy.

Assemble & Chill

Spread filling over crust and smooth the top.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 6–8 hours, preferably overnight.

Serve

Slice with a clean knife. Top with cherries, berries, or your favorite sauce.
