🧀 Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for toasting buns)
🔥 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add sauce and stir until heated through.
- Toast buns in a pan with olive oil until golden.
- Assemble: Spoon beef mixture onto bun halves. Top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy the throwback goodness!
