  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1½ cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Olive oil (for frying)
  • Cooked spaghetti (for serving)

  1. Prepare the Chicken
    • Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness.
    • Season with salt and pepper.
    • Dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and oregano.
  2. Fry the Chicken
    • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
