Step 01
Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).
Step 02
Transfer kettle chips to a large roasting pan, spreading them evenly.
Step 03
Lightly spray the chips with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle half the Parmesan cheese and half the ranch dressing mix evenly over the chips. Toss gently to coat.
Step 04
Bake the chips for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
Step 05
Carefully stir in the remaining Parmesan cheese and ranch dressing mix. Toss to ensure thorough coating.
Step 06
Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld and chips to crisp further.
Step 07
Remove from oven and immediately garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
