Portuguese Beef Skewers

👨‍🍳 Instructions:
Prep the beef: Cut the steaks into bite-sized cubes.

Season: Mix garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub this mix all over the beef cubes.

Skewer: Thread the beef onto skewers, alternating with bay leaves between each piece.

Brush with oil: Lightly coat each skewer with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Grill: Cook over high heat for 2 minutes per side, rotating until all sides are seared.

Serve: Once the beef reaches your desired doneness (135°F for medium-rare), remove and serve hot.
