  • 3 red potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can green beans, drained
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 sprigs fresh parsley
  • Pinch of paprika, salt, and black pepper

🍲 Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a stockpot over medium-high heat.
  2. Dust beef with flour, then brown it with garlic, bay leaves, and pepper.
  3. Add onion, bell pepper, carrot, and paprika; cook until softened.
  4. Stir in tomato, wine, water, and parsley. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Add potatoes and green beans; cook until fork-tender (about 45 minutes).
