- Clean the clams: Soak them in salted water for a few hours to remove sand. Rinse and scrub the shells well.
- Sauté garlic: In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and cook until fragrant but not browned.
- Add clams: Toss in the cleaned clams and stir well.
- Pour wine: Add white wine and cover the pan. Let the clams steam for about 5–7 minutes until they open.
