👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Marinate the pork
    • In a bowl, mix pork cubes with garlic, red pepper paste, white wine, salt, pepper, and bay leaf. Let marinate for 2 hours.
  2. Prepare the dish
    • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
    • Place potatoes and marinated pork in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and reserved marinade.
  3. Bake
    • Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake for another 20–30 minutes until meat and potatoes are golden and tender.
  4. Serve
    • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot with sautéed greens or a fresh salad.
