- Cook the Pasta Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
- Sauté the Shrimp In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Cook until pink (about 2–3 minutes per side).
- Combine Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss with shrimp, lemon juice, and reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce.
- Finish & Serve Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan. Serve hot with a side salad or garlic bread.
