Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine chicken broth, smashed garlic cloves, ginger slices, soy sauce, Shaoxing cooking wine, and the white parts of the green onions. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
Remove the garlic, ginger, and green onion stems from the broth.
Add the sliced bok choy to the broth and cook for 1–2 minutes until tender.
Add the frozen wontons to the broth and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 3–4 minutes, until they float to the top and are heated through.
Ladle the soup into bowls, ensuring each serving has a few wontons and bok choy. Garnish with the sliced green parts of the green onions.
