🧂 Ingredients

For the Roast Beef:

  • 1.5–2 kg beef roast (ribeye, sirloin, or topside)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)

For the Yorkshire Pudding:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vegetable oil (for the muffin tin)

For the Sides:

  • 4–5 potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 carrots, peeled and halved
  • 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
  • Butter and herbs for seasoning
  • Mashed potatoes (optional)
  • Sweet potato or carrot purée (optional)

For the Gravy:

  • Beef drippings from the roast
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste
