🧂 Ingredients
For the Roast Beef:
- 1.5–2 kg beef roast (ribeye, sirloin, or topside)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
For the Yorkshire Pudding:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- Vegetable oil (for the muffin tin)
For the Sides:
- 4–5 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and halved
- 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
- Butter and herbs for seasoning
- Mashed potatoes (optional)
- Sweet potato or carrot purée (optional)
For the Gravy:
- Beef drippings from the roast
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups beef stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
