Sausage, Mash & Onion Gravy

🐷 For the Sausages:

  • 6 pork sausages (or any kind you prefer: beef, chicken, or veggie)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (for frying)

🥔 For the Mashed Potatoes:

  • 1 kg potatoes (peeled and chopped)
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 ml milk (warm)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

🧅 For the Onion Gravy:

  • 2 large onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 300 ml beef or vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
