Seafood Pasta
🍳 Instructions
- Cook the Pasta Boil spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce Blend the canned tomatoes until smooth. Set aside.
- Sauté the Seafood Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add shrimp, clams, and scallops. Stir to combine.
- Simmer the Sauce Add the blended tomato sauce and basil leaves. Cook until seafood is nearly done. Season with salt and sugar.
- Combine and Serve Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly with sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
