🍳 Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Boil potatoes and corn for 5–7 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. In a large bowl, mix seafood, sausage, corn, and potatoes with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. Spread everything evenly on a baking tray.
  5. Dot with butter and roast in the oven for 20–25 minutes until seafood is cooked and slightly golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges or crusty bread.
