1. Make the cake
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 15×10-inch sheet pan.

- In a saucepan, melt butter with milk and cocoa. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
- Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour over warm cake and spread evenly. Sprinkle with nuts if using.
