Ingredients
For Spicy Garlic Shrimp:

– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 3 tablespoons butter
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– Juice of 1 lemon
– Zest of 1 lemon
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
For Honey Soy Shrimp:
– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Procedure
Spicy Garlic Shrimp:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sautΓ© for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
4. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Lemon Garlic Shrimp:
1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic; cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are cooked through.
4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Honey Soy Shrimp:
1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add shrimp.
3. Pour the honey soy mixture over the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and sauce thickens slightly.
4. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve.
