Shrimp & Broccoli Salad with Sweet Corn & Eggs 
A colorful, light salad with plump shrimp, crunchy broccoli, sweet corn, and creamy hard-boiled eggs. This refreshing salad is a must-try for any seafood lover!
Ingredients:
1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the Ingredients: Cook the shrimp and steam the broccoli. For frozen corn, cook it and drain. Hard boil the eggs and chop.
Prepare the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, broccoli, corn, and eggs.
Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Toss & Serve: Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Chill before serving.
