  • 3 roasted poblano peppers
  • 2 serrano peppers (for heat)
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup Mexican crema or coconut/Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: shredded mozzarella or Chihuahua cheese for topping
