Slow Cooker Beef Goulash

Ingredients
1 kg beef (chuck or stewing steak), cut into chunks

1 onion, sliced

1 red pepper + 1 green pepper, sliced

3 garlic cloves, minced

400g canned chopped tomatoes

4 tbsp tomato paste

1½ beef stock cubes dissolved in 300ml hot water

150ml red wine

1½ tsp caraway seeds

1 tbsp paprika + 2 tbsp smoked paprika

4 tbsp flour

1 tsp sugar

2 bay leaves

Salt & pepper to taste

2 tbsp oil

Natural yogurt (for serving)
