Instructions

  1. Season & Prep
    • Rub steak and Italian seasoning all over the roast.
    • Grease the slow cooker and add roast, broth, potatoes, carrots, onion, and celery.
  2. Cook Low & Slow
    • Cover and cook on low for 9 hours or high for 6 hours until beef is tender.
  3. Make the Gravy
    • Drain liquid into a saucepan. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
    • Bring to a boil. Whisk cornstarch with cold water and stir in. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Serve
    • Shred roast gently with a fork. Pour gravy over meat and veggies. Enjoy!
