- Season & Prep
- Rub steak and Italian seasoning all over the roast.
- Grease the slow cooker and add roast, broth, potatoes, carrots, onion, and celery.
- Cook Low & Slow
- Cover and cook on low for 9 hours or high for 6 hours until beef is tender.
- Make the Gravy
- Drain liquid into a saucepan. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Bring to a boil. Whisk cornstarch with cold water and stir in. Simmer until thickened.
- Serve
- Shred roast gently with a fork. Pour gravy over meat and veggies. Enjoy!
