Smoky Paprika Fried Fish
Ingredients:
White fish fillets (1 lb)
Paprika (2 tbsp)
Flour (1 cup)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Eggs, beaten (2)
Breadcrumbs (1 cup)
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Lemon wedges (for garnish)
Instructions:
Season fish fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Dredge fillets in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
