- Cook the Bacon In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels. Reserve 4 teaspoons of bacon drippings.
- Sauté the Shrimp In the reserved drippings, sauté shrimp, garlic, and seasoning over medium heat until shrimp turn pink (about 3–4 minutes). Stir in crumbled bacon and green onions.
- Serve Spoon creamy grits into bowls and top with shrimp mixture. Garnish with extra green onions or a dash of hot sauce if desired.
