🍳 Instructions:
- Drain the squid in a colander for 15–20 minutes to reduce excess water during cooking.
- Heat oil in a pan or wok. Add garlic and chili, sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and sugar, stir for 2 minutes.
- Add squid, cook for 10–15 minutes until tender. Stir occasionally.
- Add ketchup, mix well until evenly coated.
- Turn off heat and serve hot with rice or noodles.
