Cook the Beef In a skillet, heat sesame oil. Add garlic, ginger, and ground beef. Cook until browned. Stir in soy sauce, chili sauce, Chinese 5 spice, and green onions. Cook until caramelized and fragrant.
Assemble the Rolls Warm tortillas or soak rice paper wrappers. Layer with Thai basil, cilantro, cucumber slices, and a spoonful of beef mixture. Add peanuts or chili paste if desired.
Roll and Serve Roll tightly and slice in half. Serve with extra chili sauce or soy dipping sauce.
