Instructions
Season & Sear Steak
Toss steak with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear steak bites until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
Cook Shrimp
In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter.
Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Make Garlic Butter Sauce
Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining butter and garlic.
Sauté until fragrant, then stir in lemon juice and parsley.
Combine & Serve
Return steak and shrimp to skillet. Toss in garlic butter sauce.
Serve hot with lemon wedges, mashed potatoes, or rice.
