Watermelon Wave Fruit Board
4 cups watermelon, cubed
2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
1 cup blueberries
1 cup pineapple, cubed
1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 cup cantaloupe, cubed
1 cup grapes, halved
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1. Start by preparing all the fruits. Cube the watermelon, pineapple, and cantaloupe. Hull and halve the strawberries, slice the kiwi, and halve the grapes.
2. In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits: watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, cantaloupe, and grapes.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey (if using) until well combined.
4. Drizzle the lime-honey mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat all the fruits evenly.
5. Arrange the fruit mixture on a large serving platter or board, creating a colorful wave pattern.
6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves scattered on top for added flavor and presentation.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
