- Cook sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
- SautΓ© onion, bell peppers, and garlic in the same pan until soft (about 10 minutes). Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 190Β°C (375Β°F).
- Assemble lasagna in a 9Γ13-inch baking dish:
- Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom.
- Layer: noodles β ricotta β sausage β veggies β mozzarella β sauce.
- Repeat with noodles β ricotta β pepperoni β basil β mozzarella β sauce.
- Final layer: noodles β marinara β mozzarella β veggies β sausage β pepperoni.
- Bake uncovered for 45β55 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
