👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Prep the lobster tails
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of each shell to expose the meat.
- Gently lift the meat over the shell, keeping it attached at the base.
2. Season and bake
- Melt 2 tbsp butter and mix with garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Brush generously over lobster meat.
- Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until opaque and firm.
