Ingredients:
- 2 large roasted red capsicums (or jarred roasted peppers)
- 1/4 cup toasted almonds
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 slice stale bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Blend roasted capsicums, almonds, garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, vinegar, and bread until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Adjust consistency with a splash of water if needed.
