Egg Salad 🥚🥪

Instructions:

  1. Boil the eggs: Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn off the heat and let sit for 10–12 minutes. Cool in ice water, then peel.
  2. Mash or chop: Dice the eggs or mash them with a fork, depending on your texture preference.
  3. Mix: In a bowl, combine eggs, mayo, mustard, chives, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy.
  4. Serve: Spoon onto bread, toast, or lettuce wraps. Sprinkle with paprika or celery seed if desired.
