Method
Marinate fish with turmeric and salt. Let sit for 15 minutes.
Fry fish lightly in mustard oil. Set aside.
In the same pan, fry cumin seeds and onions until golden.
Add tomatoes, potatoes, turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
Add water and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Add fish back in and cook for 5–10 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and serve with rice.
